Owen Drey

Owner & President

Owen Drey is a native of Mobile, Alabama.  A seasoned attorney, he has made an impact in several industries during his career.  At the SBA in Miami, Owen supervised the group that closed all major commercial loans, and he managed what were the largest commercial loans given in disaster recovery in the wake of Hurricane Andrew.  Following that he worked in Washington, DC as the chief lobbyist for a major trade association. Later, he accumulated properties for and developed one of the largest commercial developments on the northern Gulf Coast.  Owen served as general counsel for the Community Foundation of South Alabama and was the director of the multi-million-dollar Community Economic Development Initiative.  He has also been a mortgage broker for the top community bank in the country, general counsel for a national financial services company, and most recently he served as general counsel and partner in a successful and fast-growing regional title company in Alabama before moving to Pensacola in 2016.  Owen sat on the Regional Council of the Boys Scouts of America and has been an active Rotarian for over a decade.

Kelly T. Moulton

Vice President

Kelly Moulton has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry.  As a financial consultant at Robinson Humphrey/Smith Barney in Atlanta, she built an individual book of business of over $120 Million in her first five years, and later created a team with two other women that catered to the needs of female executives.  She managed client relations at a boutique wealth management firm specializing in ultra high net worth, multi-generational clients. Later, she joined a top team at JP Morgan Private Wealth, bringing in over $125 Million of new assets and maximizing team revenues while providing increased growth and profit for clients.  Before joining Gulf Coast Title, Kelly was an independent financial consultant for families and individuals.  Originally from Atlanta, she was raised in both Atlanta and Pensacola and is excited to be back “home” to raise her family and build a business in the community she loves so much.

Christopher "Fahz" Moulton

Vice President

Fahz Moulton is a native New Yorker who brings real estate experience and enthusiasm to the team. He was a successful agent in Atlanta with Harry Norman, Realtors, achieving Million Dollar Club status in his first year.  As an accredited relocation specialist, he helped buyers navigate unfamiliar markets in tight time frames.  Twice he was the top relocation producer in his company.  He also worked for John Hancock and MassMutual insurance companies and created life, disability, and long term care insurance plans for executives in the financial industry.  Fahz is a classically trained chef and has been involved in coaching youth sports in his various communities for over 20 years.

Tracy Ratzin, CLC

Senior Escrow Officer

Tracy Ratzin is a licensed closing agent in Florida and Alabama with over 33 years of experience in the industry.  Through her expertise and professionalism she has built decades-long relationships with real estate agents, builders, banks, and mortgage companies throughout Lower Alabama and Northwest Florida.  To better anticipate issues and provide the best possible closing experience, Tracy acquired her real estate license and is active in sharing her knowledge while promoting the continuing education of area Realtors.  Twenty years ago, she co-founded Career Boost, an educational class at the Pensacola Association of Realtors which helps both newly licensed and seasoned agents navigate the many facets of the real estate transaction.  In 2004 she co-founded the Perdido Area Blue Ribbon Marketing Meeting.  Modeled after the PAR Blue Ribbon meetings, it provides consistent networking opportunities to the realtors on the Westside/Perdido Key area.  Tracy is a longtime resident of Pensacola and loves her Blue Angels.

Ellen Couture

Closing Assistant

Ellen Couture joined Gulf Coast Title in 2019 after working as the sole real estate processor for a busy law firm for the prior two years.  Before that successful stint, she spent almost 20 years as both a legal secretary and a paralegal at three different local firms working in high-volume departments across a variety of fields.  She is known for being highly organized, detail-oriented, and an extremely valuable member of every team she has been on.  She brings that experience to bear in all her endeavors.  A native Pensacolian, she loves fishing, college football and the Gulf Coast has to offer.

Peggy Jones

Client Relations

Peggy Jones has been with Gulf Coast Title for four years.  Previously, she was employed by a large manufacturing company to coordinate sales and marketing both regionally and nationally.  During that time, Peggy oversaw the development and launch of 2 new product lines and managed a team of 17 sales representatives.  She formulated pricing and sales strategies nation-wide, created national training programs, and was the #1 producer for 10 years in a row.  Later, she opened her own business providing training seminars in the health and wellness sector.  She is a native of Pensacola and is active in the Pilot Club of Pensacola and Ronald McDonald House charities.
